My Why: A Personal Story of Purpose and Hope
My name is Gary Lowe, and I’ve spent a lifetime in service — helping others find clarity, regain control, and rise above financial hardship. But today, I’m answering a higher calling.
I’ve made the decision to dedicate myself and my passion for the game of golf full-time to independently fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — because no child should die in the dawn of life, and no family should ever receive a bill for their child’s treatment, travel, housing, or food.
This mission is deeply personal. As a father, grandfather, a golf buddy, and someone who has watched loved ones battle illness, I’ve felt the helplessness that disease brings — especially when it strikes children. I’ve also felt the powerful hope that comes from community, care, and research. And there’s no place in the world like St. Jude, where research meets compassion, and miracles are given a fighting chance.
I bring to this mission decades of experience in building relationships playing golf, encouraging people, and communicating with heart. My goal is simple: to raise critical funds and awareness so St. Jude can continue saving lives, sharing research, and delivering hope while sharing my passion for the game of golf.
This is not a side project. This is my life’s work.
